Empire Gymnastics Academy is quickly becoming recognized as the premier training facility in the mid-cities. With over 1000 square feet of pit areas, 2 spring floors, in-ground trampolines and tumble track, men's and women's Olympic events, Empire's 25,000 square foot facility sets itself apart from the competition. Our excellent staff ensures a safe and fun gymnastics experience for everyone. We are dedicated to the preparation and development of each student on an individual basis. Our goal is to build a strong recreational and competitive gymnastics program that will provide a positive experience in the sport of gymnastics, as well as instill confidence and self worth within each child that comes through our doors.
