| Level 1 |
Level 1- A class for the child with little or no gymnastics experience. Students learn gymnastics basics, develop strength and an improved sense of balance and confidence in the gym. Classes are broken into two age groups, 6-8 and 9 & up.  |
| Level 2 |
A class where some experience is required. Basics skills are mastered and more complicated skills are introduced. Classes are broken into two age groups, 6-8 and 9 & up. |
| Level 3 |
A class based on skill not age. Gymnasts work on more challenging skills and begin learning routines. Cheer Tumbling-Student will learn basic tumbling skills on the floor, trampoline and tumble track. |
| Tumble 1 |
A tumbling class for beginners. Students Learn basic tumbling  |
| Tumble 2 |
Intermediate Tumbling. This class requires a standing back handspring or a round off back handspring. |
| Tumble 3 |
For advanced tumblers only. Multiple back handsprings or a back tuck required. | |
| Mommy and Me (18 mos. to 3 yrs) |
A class with parent participation focusing on motor skill development and fun!  |
| Boys Classes |
Students learn skills on the six men's events, as well as work on discipline and following directions.

| Rhythmic Gymnastics |
If your potential gymnast loves to move to music, this may be the sport for her. Rhythmic Gymnastics has five events, the hoop, ribbon, rope, ball, and clubs. We offer beginning rhythmic classes for ages 4 and up. |
| Cheer Tumbling |
Student will learn basic tumbling skills on the floor, trampoline and tumble track. |
| 3-4 yr Preschool |
Introduction to class without parent. Students learn to follow instructions, work on motor skills and basic gymnastics.

| 5 yr. Preschool |
Student continue developing motor skills and basic gymnastics skills, while transitioning into the main gym area.
