At Empire Gymnastics Academy we take pride in offering each athlete individualized instruction, as well as promoting a winning team attitude.  We are committed to helping each student reach their full potential in an environment that is safe and fun.  Our staff understands the importance of creating a healthy and productive atmosphere for competitive training, and is dedicated to the future of each athlete in our program.

The team coaching staff has combined to win 19 national titles and have coached numerous junior and senior national team members. With 72 years of combined experience between the 6 team coaches, Empire Gymnastics has the capability of producing some of the top men and women gymnasts in the country.

Rhythmic Team

Empire Gymnastics is proud to be one of only a few gyms in Texas to offer competitive rhythmic gymnastics. The Rhythmic Gymnastics team currently participates is USA Gymnastics and USAIGC competitions for levels 3 to 9.
